Pudding, a Very Delicious.
Having beaten one pound of almonds very
fine with rose-
water and cream, add the yolks of five and the
whites of
two eggs, with one pound of beef suet shredded
fine; make
it as thin as batter for fritters, mixing it
with cream ; season
with salt, sugar, and mace ; bake or boil an
hour, and serve
with sugar strewn over it.
