First, steam the radishes for about 3 minutes then dunk in an ice bath. Make a vinaigrette by whisking the vinegar, grape seed oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Taste the vinaigrette. If too sour, you could add a sprinkle of water and whisk again. Mix the snow pea sprouts with the radishes and toss together with the vinaigrette. Serves 2.
