1 pound of ground Angus beef
salt and freshly ground pepper
hearty bread
dried wood chips from a peach tree that fell down naturally by lightening or some killer grill wood

Chop the truffle. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the ground beef and allow the flavor of the truffle to marry the beef for a few hours. Then add salt and pepper, form into two patties and grill over a barbecue using the fruit tree wood. Serve on toasted bread with fries.
